Cancellation & Refund Policy – JSM Yash Tour and Travels
At JSM Yash Tour and Travels, we prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency in our services. Below are our cancellation and refund terms for your reference.
Cancellation by JSM Yash Tour and Travels
We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time for unforeseen reasons. However, we will provide a minimum 2 working days' prior notice before the scheduled journey.
In case we cancel your booking, you are eligible for a full refund, which will be processed within 7 working days from the cancellation date.
Cancellation Due to Vehicle Unavailability
If a vehicle is not available on your scheduled date, we will notify you at least 2 working days in advance.
If you agree to reschedule your journey to an available date, we will confirm this via an official email from [email protected]
Cancellation by the Customer
Customers must inform us at least 2 working days prior to the journey for cancellation.
If cancellation is not informed within this period, no refund will be processed.
Any refund request without proper cancellation will not be entertained.
No Compensation Policy
If we notify you about unavailability at least 2 working days in advance, we are not liable for any compensation other than the refund of the booking amount.
Important Note
The above terms apply only to direct vehicle bookings with JSM Yash Tour and Travels.
For third-party tour packages, their respective cancellation policies apply. We are not responsible for financial or emotional loss caused due to third-party cancellations.
